PLEASE NOTE THAT WORKING DAYS EXCLUDE FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, AND OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS.

ONCE THE PACKAGE IS PICKED UP FROM OUR WAREHOUSE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN SMS FROM THE COURIER.
2) FULL PACKAGE POLICY

IF AN ORDER CONTAINS MORE THAN ONE ITEM, IT MUST BE ENTIRELY RECEIVED OR ENTIRELY RETURNED.

PARTIAL DELIVERY OR PARTIAL RETURN IS NOT ALLOWED.

YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

THE ITEM MUST BE IN PERFECT, UNUSED, UNWORN, AND UNWASHED CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAGS.
4) EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES ARE ONLY POSSIBLE IF THE DESIRED ITEM OR SIZE IS IN STOCK.

IF NOT AVAILABLE, YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER.
5) ORDER EDITS & CANCELLATION

ADDING, REMOVING, OR EDITING ITEMS IN AN EXISTING ORDER IS NOT POSSIBLE.

WE CAN CANCEL THE ORDER, AND YOU MAY PLACE A NEW ONE AT YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY.
6) TRY-ON AT THE DOOR

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO TRY THE ITEM WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT IT, YOU MAY RETURN THE ENTIRE PACKAGE AND PAY THE APPLICABLE SHIPPING FEES.
7) FULL PACKAGE RECEIPT RULE

YOU MUST EITHER RECEIVE THE WHOLE PACKAGE OR RETURN THE WHOLE PACKAGE.
